PVC

Generally considered to be more flexible than polypropylene, it can be made rigid by mounting it over board, making it ideal for binders, folders and slip cases. PVC is available in a vast range of colors and styles - standard, expanded or textured - all of which can be overprinted to personalize your product, including full colour litho, silk screen, UV varnishing, foil blocking and blind embossing.

Ideal for mouse mats, invitation mailers, business cards, CD packaging, card wallets and many, many more. Supplied in a range of shapes and sizes with a choice of floating inserts. All products can be screen or offset printed.

Used mainly to display, protect and securely hold products in presentation boxes, foam is highly flexible and can be water-jet cut, die cut, fabricated or routed. The cross linked cell construction is very resistant to physical damage and will not easily chip or flake. The thickness can range from between 0.5mm and 300mm. Length and width are dictated by the raw material, which is available in a wide choice of grades and colours.
